Currently, it is recommended that if you have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, that you call your physician and do not come in person to the office. The CDC has issued guidelines on screening patients who have fever and respiratory symptoms. This policy is in line with what our surrounding hospitals are implementing. We understand that these measures are difficult for our patients and our goal has always been to provide a family centered care however our top priority is protecting our most vulnerable patients in this unusual time. If your relative is unable to stay home, we ask that they wait in the car or on the first floor lobby while you are being seen. This is to allow as much social distancing in the waiting room.
